A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

To the defendant, the defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) reported the contact number attached to the victim E (n, 39 years old)’s cell phone number on the front glass of the passenger vehicle of the victim E (n, e.g., the victim’s cell phone number attached to the front glass of the passenger vehicle of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu 102 Police Officer; and (b) called the victim or sent text messages to the victim for delivery; and (c) reported the victim’s phone number on the part of the Defendant.

6.25. There have been a single call at a mutually influent restaurant in the south-gu, Ulsan-gu.

On June 28, 2012, at around 01:00, the Defendant made several calls to the cell phone of the victim who refused to come to the Republic of Korea from the above D Apartment 102 game, which is the victim's residence, and made the victim go out of the outside without choice, and had the victim go to the back seat of the above D Apartment 102 motor vehicle.

As above, the Defendant was on board the back seat of the vehicle and talked with the Defendant’s vehicle and the Defendant was able to leave the Defendant’s sprinks by knifeing the Defendant’s knife with the Defendant’s knife’s knife with the Defendant’s knife and knife the Defendant’s knife, and knife the Defendant’s knife with the Defendant’s knife and knife, with the Defendant’s knife’s knife’s knife’s knife and knife’s knife, and raped by inserting the Defendant’s knife into the Defendant’s knife.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the victim, thereby committing rape once.

around 05:00 on May 14, 2012, the Defendant, within the first floor of H hotel in Ulsan-gu F, Ulsan-gu, was sexual intercourse once with the victim’s J (V, 34 years of age) who was under the influence of alcohol while drinking together with the victim’s J (L, 34 years of age).

Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim once by taking advantage of the victim's failure to resist.
