A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a juvenile of 15 years of age who is a foreigner of Malaysia's nationality.

(2) On August 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from “B” from “B” who was friendly from Malaysia to Malaysia to Macropoon to Macropoon, to remove and transfer the money deposited; (b) received a part of the amount to be withdrawn for each case (200-300 p.m., and KRW 50,80,000,000, KRW 50,000,000,000,000) from “B” from “B” to Macropoon; and (c) received a proposal from “B” to “B” to receive allowances; and (d) received from “B” the said “B’s awareness of the nameless winners (C.D.); and (e) received from another under the name of the “E”, the Defendant collected the card and withdrawn the amount from the account.

[Specific Facts of Crimes] In using and managing a means of access, no person shall receive, demand or promise any consideration, or lend or lend a means of access with the knowledge that it will be used for a crime or be used for a crime, or keep, deliver or distribute the means of access.

Nevertheless, on August 8, 2019, the Defendant received an instruction from the “E” person who was named in the name of the deceased (C.C. name “E”) to deliver a card to be used for a crime from the old card collection book in front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Seoul, and received a new card (I) in the name of H from G, which is the card collection book at the above location at around 14:50 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant promised to make compensation as above and kept the physical card, which is a means of access, with the knowledge that it will be used in the crime.
