1. As to each real estate listed in the Schedule of Real Estate:

A. Defendant Jeonbuk Bank Co., Ltd. shall be Jeonju District Court.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The mobilization industry of a limited liability company (hereinafter “deficial security industry”) is set up

(1) Each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, which is a factory and its site, (hereinafter referred to as “instant real estate”).

Defendant Jeonbuk Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Jeonbuk Bank”) on March 30, 200, as the owner.

(2) As to the instant real estate, the mobilization industry completed the registration of creation of a neighboring mortgage with the maximum debt amount of KRW 520 million on September 19, 2006, with respect to the instant real estate and factory machinery installed therein to A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”), which is a litigation trustee B of the Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”).

B. (1) Defendant Jeonbuk Bank applied for a voluntary auction of the instant real estate to Jeonju District Court C on the basis of the right to collateral security under its own name, and received a decision on commencement of auction from the above court on January 29, 2007, and on January 31, 2007, the registration of the decision on commencement of auction was completed on January 31, 2007. (2) Defendant A also filed an application for a double auction of the instant real estate based on the right to collateral security under its name with D from the Jeonju District Court D on September 27, 2007, and completed the registration of the decision on commencement of auction on September 28, 2007 as to the instant real estate.

(hereinafter referred to as “instant auction,” in total, of the voluntary auction with respect to the instant real estate.

On May 201, the Plaintiff newly built a building listed in the annexed building list (hereinafter “instant building”) on the part of “BB” in order to connect each point of the annexed drawings Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 on the instant real estate.
