A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

A seized stone (No. 1) shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2015, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Southern District Court to imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties and completed the execution of the sentence on April 16, 2016.

1. On August 5, 2018, the Defendant suffered special injury: (a) around the entrance door of the C hotel located in Seopo-si, Seopo-si; (b) on the ground that the Defendant had disturbed the shower room for employees of the second floor above the hotel, and (c) was called from the victim D (the age of 41) who was an employee of the said hotel, on the ground that the Defendant got out of the shower room for employees of the second floor above the hotel, and got out of the victim’s bridge, and went out the victim’s head several times with a stone gate (aro 10cm, 5cm, 5cm) which is a dangerous object being used in his hand, the victim’s face was taken several times with drinking, followed the victim’s chest, and the victim’s head and face could be taken out by drinking after leaving the hotel.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous things and inflicted an injury upon the victim, such as an open room for two weeks of treatment.

2. On August 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender in the crime of special injury, such as the description in paragraph (1) and the police officerG belonging to the F District of the Seocho-gu Police Station, and the slope H, who was called up after receiving a report on 112, around the E cafeteria, which is located in the seat of the said hotel; (b) around August 18:35, 2018, around the said hotel, and (c) led the Defendant to the back seat of the patrol; and (d) led the Defendant to the back seat of the patrol.

Therefore, in order for the above H to restrain the Defendant, the Defendant, who opened the back seat of the patrol vehicle, committed assault, such as taking the face of the above H as head and walking the above H’s buck site by the bucking of it.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the investigation of the case.

3. On August 5, 2018, the Defendant damaged public goods at the fourth team office of the Jeju Western Police Station, which is located in 27 prudently and carefully, and the police guards I belonging to the said police station.
