A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 21, 2014, at around 16:50 on March 21, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (measures after Accidents) (hereinafter “Road Traffic Act”), while driving a B rocketing car and driving a vehicle at the same time and driving a road which is not divided into two-lanes from the side of the front door of the school at the same time to the rear door of the front door of the vehicle, the Defendant received the part of the Defendant’s vehicle driver’s seat behind the driver’s seat of the victim CM7 car parked in the front door.

2. 도로교통법위반(음주측정거부) 피고인은 2014. 3. 21. 17:18경부터 17:38경까지 여수시 공화동에 있는 동초등학교 주차장에서, 위 제1항 기재 사고에 대하여 신고를 받고 출동한 여수경찰서 E파출소 소속 경위 F로부터 피고인의 입에서 술 냄새가 나고 보행상태가 비틀거리는 등 술에 취한 상태에서 운전하였다고 의심할 만한 상당한 이유가 있어 3회에 걸쳐 음주측정기에 입김을 불어 넣는 방법으로 음주측정에 응할 것을 요구받았으나, 음주측정기에 입김을 불어넣는 시늉만 하고 손으로 음주측정기를 밀어내는 등으로 정당한 사유 없이 경찰공무원의 음주측정요구에 응하지 아니하였다.

3.
