1. The Plaintiff:

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants concluded a contract with the Korea Asset Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Asset Trust”) for the purchase of each apartment as listed in the table below (hereinafter “each of the instant sales contracts”). On the same day, the Defendants paid 10,000 won to the Plaintiff on July 21, 2008, KRW 10,79348,000,000, KRW 000, KRW 000, KRW 1000,000, KRW 10,000, KRW 000, KRW 10,0000, KRW 10,0000, KRW 00,0000, KRW 30,000, KRW 10,0000, KRW 30,0000, KRW 30,000, KRW 479,000-49, KRW 10,000, KRW 700, KRW 208, KRW 2008.

B. Of the entries in each of the instant sales contracts, the major contents pertaining to the rescission of the contract, intermediate payment loans interest, penalty, etc. are as follows.
