A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Seized Nos. 1, 3-8, and 34 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. on September 20, 2007 by the Daegu District Court.
