Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2020, at around 07:27, the Defendant threatened the victim with “CPC bank located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul Metropolitan Government,” saying, “The victim D (27 years of age, south) was reported to the police to engage in sexual traffic, and the Defendant’s seat was controlled by the police,” and called “the victim shall die only once.”
