Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving motor vehicles B and B.
1. From March 29, 2020 to March 23:50, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (unclaimed Measures after Accidents) led to the progress of the two-lane roads in front of the D in Incheon City City, Incheon Metropolitan City, using the two-lane roads in front of the D in front of the E secondary school from the E secondary school bank to the F elementary school bank.

2. On March 29, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license from around 7 km section from around 1:50, around 23:50, the said vehicle.
