Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2019, the Defendant driven a C salary class one ton vehicle at a section of about 9km from the front parking lot of the head of the Ansan-si to B in front of the Silung-si, Ansan-si, in a state of alcohol of 0.045% of blood alcohol concentration at around 09:37.
