Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fines, only 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are employees of C Co., Ltd. (former D Co., Ltd.) who received safety education for new employees' ability evaluation buses, and victims E(43) are students who received education for new employees' ability evaluation by supporting them as new employees.

The evaluation of the capacity of the above new members is conducted in the D Maintenance Factory located in the Orcheon-gu Office in the Gyeonggi-do, and a total of seven weeks. The evaluation of the capacity of the new members is conducted by dividing the number of 45 members into three buses approved for the fixed number of 45 members and the assistant, and the person who received the passing letter by marking the evaluation points each week after dispatching the applicants to go out, and the person who received the passing letter shall return and continuously undergo the evaluation, and the person who has failed to receive the letter shall not be able to receive any further evaluation, and the reason for escape shall not be publicly notified separately.

1. Defendant A

A. On August 15, 2017, the Defendant directed the victim, who was seated in a passenger seat in a high-speed bus, and assaulted the Defendant’s right-hand knebbbbbs on one hand at the victim’s left right-hand kne.

B. On August 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim on the part of the Defendant, on the ground that the victim was dead in a high-speed bus near the border area; (b) on the ground that the victim was dead, the Defendant: (c) committed assault against the victim on the part of the Defendant’s sloping floor to 5 times the end of the victim.

On August 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) replaced the driver to another student on the ground that the driver is unstable in driving in a high speed bus near the rest point of the highway; (b) instructed the victim seated in the passenger seat to get off only; and (c) assaulted the Defendant’s right knekbbbbs on one hand at the right right edge of the victim.

2. On August 16, 2017, Defendant B presented name cards at the F-Maintenance Factory Teaching room located in Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si on August 16, 2017.
