All appeals by the defendant and the prosecutor are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. 2. Judgment on the Defendant’s assertion of mistake of facts

A. In full view of the following circumstances revealed by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, the victim can be found to have suffered injury to the left-hand free body due to the shock that occurred at the time of the Defendant’s act of assault in this case under the high risk of suffering from the free-hand eye due to the combination of urology.
