1. The Defendant Korea Gas Corporation shall pay Plaintiff A KRW 11,217,70, and KRW 3,240,000 and each of the said money to Plaintiff B and C.
Reasons
1. Details of ruling;
(a) Business approval and public notice - Business name: D construction project (hereinafter referred to as “instant project”): Public notice: E in December 30, 2010, and public notice of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy on February 23, 2012, E in December 3, 2010, and F in February 23, 2012: Defendant Korea Gas Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Corporation”).
B. The Central Land Expropriation Committee (hereinafter “Defendant Committee”)’s adjudication on expropriation on October 19, 2012 (hereinafter “instant adjudication on expropriation”): Land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 attached hereto owned by the Plaintiffs (hereinafter “instant land”): Compensation amount for losses: KRW 611,048,90 for the Plaintiff, KRW 619,90 for the Plaintiff, KRW 99,990 for the Plaintiff B (former G) and KRW 99,359,99,90 for the Plaintiff C: The date of commencement of expropriation: the Certified Land Appraisal Corporation, and the Certified Land Appraisal Corporation, Inc.
C. The Defendant Committee’s ruling on February 22, 2013 - Compensation amount for losses: KRW 611,786,170 for Plaintiff A, KRW 9,489,590 for Plaintiff B (former G) and KRW 99,489,590 for Plaintiff C: Uniform Certified Public Appraisal Corporation and Future Certified Public Appraisal Corporation (including an appraiser for expropriation ruling), and the result of appraisal for the said case is referred to as “the result of appraisal of a ruling”).
D. The result of the appraisal commission to appraiser H of this Court (hereinafter referred to as the "court appraiser", and the result of the appraisal commission to the appraiser is referred to as the "amount of compensation: 623,003,870 won for the plaintiff; 102,729,590 won for the plaintiff Eul; 102,729,590 won for the plaintiff Eul; 104,490 won for the plaintiff Eul; 104,447,010 won for the plaintiff Eul; and 104,447,010 won for the plaintiff Eul; 104,447,010 won for the appraisal commission; 623,03,870 won for the plaintiff; 102,729,590 won for the plaintiff Eul; 102,729,590 won for the plaintiff; and 104,010 won for the appraisal commission for the plaintiff Eul;
