A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) shall be from the construction site to the place specified in paragraph (1) without obtaining a temporary driver's license for the vehicle driving under paragraph (1).
