2. Judgment on the main defense of this case

A. The purport of the Defendant’s assertion is that the address column C on the land cadastre of each of the instant land in this case is written as a blank space, not only is there a registered titleholder on the land cadastre, nor is it unknown who is, nor there is any special circumstance, such as the State’s continued to assert state ownership while denying the ownership of a third party as a registered titleholder.
