1. On May 21, 2007, the Defendant deposited in the Ulsan District Court No. 2036 of 2007 with the amount of KRW 9,613,500.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 30, 1912, H located in G in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun (the name of the administrative district was changed to Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun) with respect to F 1,924 square meters (hereinafter “instant land before the instant subdivision”) prior to the instant subdivision, is written in the old land cadastre.

B. On November 7, 1995, the instant land before the instant division is divided into 623 square meters prior to F, 577 square meters prior to J, and 724 square meters prior to J, and the said FM is 431 square meters prior to F on January 4, 2006, and 192 square meters prior to K, and 724 square meters prior to J is divided into 539 square meters prior to J on January 4, 2006, and 185 square meters prior to L, and finally divided into 431 square meters prior to F, 20 square meters prior to the said I, 37 square meters prior to the said I, and 437 square meters prior to the said G, and 539 square meters prior to the said K, 422 square meters prior to the said K, and 185 square meters prior to the said L.

C. Among each of the above lands remaining in a state of non-registration, ④ the land of 192 square meters prior to K, and ⑤ the land of 185 square meters prior to the above L was incorporated into the light-speed rail (Ulsan through Busan), which was executed by the Defendant, and the Defendant deposited KRW 9,613,500 as land compensation, on May 21, 2007, by taking the procedure of adjudication of expropriation under the Act on the Acquisition of Land, etc. for Public Works and the Compensation therefor (hereinafter “Public Works Act”), following the procedure of adjudication of expropriation under the Act on the Acquisition of Land, etc. for Public Works and the Compensation Therefor.

② The land of 577 square meters prior to the foregoing I was also incorporated into the project of the said light-speed rail (Tulsan-gun 18, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun), and the Defendant deposited KRW 27,926,800 as land compensation, on May 25, 201, Ulsan District Court No. 974, 201, based on the procedure for adjudication of expropriation under the Public Works Act, with the Gulsan District Court’s 27,926,800 as deposit money.

(hereinafter referred to as “each of the above deposits”) is each of the instant deposits. D.

The defendant completed the registration of initial ownership on June 12, 2007 (4), (5) concerning the above land, and on April 11, 2014 (2) concerning the above land.

(Then, the above (4), (5) land was registered for ownership transfer in the name of the State. (2), (4), and (5) land is registered for each of the instant land.

Meanwhile, on the other hand, Plaintiff A filed an application for the correction of unregistered land owner’s address with respect to land, and on December 23, 2013, the land cadastre of each of the above land.
