Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:00 on January 18, 2013, the Defendant driven a B-car at approximately 17km from the 17km section in front of the Sejong-gun apartment located in the Geum-gu Seoul-gun’s Articles of Incorporation, to the front of the plaza of Man-Nam-dong, under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.059%.
