Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Minister of Health and Welfare, a Mayor/Do Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu may allow persons infected or likely to be infected with infectious diseases in contact with infectious diseases, to undergo self-treatment, and may isolate persons suspected of being infected by the pathogen of an infectious disease in an appropriate place for a certain period, and no person shall refuse self-treatment or violate quarantine measures.
On February 19, 2020, the Defendant was notified by the head of the Daegu-gu Public Health Center, Daegu-gu, the Defendant’s residence, from around February 2020, that “A person was subject to isolation until his/her own isolation period is separately rescinded,” and that he/she was subject to isolation treatment at the place of his/her domicile,” on the ground that the Defendant contacted with Corrorona 19 viruss or the viral viral viral viral gral gral gr gr gr gr gr gr g
Nevertheless, on February 21, 2020 during the period of self-treatment, the Defendant left a place for self-treatment, and accordingly, refused self-treatment by the method of attending the above hospital around February 22, 2020, including the Defendant’s working at the Daegu-gu D Hospital located in C, Daegu-gu, where the Defendant works, and violated the measures of isolation.
As a result, the defendant left the isolation place more than three times without any justifiable reason, and refused self-treatment, and violated his own isolation measures.
