The action for retrial shall be dismissed.
The costs of retrial shall be borne by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff, Plaintiff for retrial).
Reasons
The petition for retrial of this case is unlawful because it repeatedly filed a petition for retrial for the same reason even though it was rejected, and it constitutes an abuse of the right of lawsuit.
