Criminal facts
On August 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Changwon District Court on August 21, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on December 18, 2014.
At around 21:00 on June 20, 2015, the Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, administered approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs, in a guest room in Busan Dong-gu, Mampa (hereinafter “D”), in a single-use injection machine, and injected them into a single-use cell.
