1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On March 2014, the Defendant requested the Plaintiff to pay KRW 40,000,000 for the acquisition price of the land that the Defendant is obligated to pay to C, while holding a consultation with C to acquire 742 square meters (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
