Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:50 on June 16, 2019, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 25km from the section of about 25km to the navigation distance of about 0.185% in the middle-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seoyang-gu, Mansan-gu, Manyang-gu to the navigation distance of approximately 195 meters.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-compliance after the accident).

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.185% at the same time as in the preceding paragraph, driven the said rocketing car with the same alcohol concentration, and made the intersection of the above long-term navigation distance turn to the left at approximately 40 km speed from the IC bank to the dialog-dong.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim D(24 years old), such as a speak, which requires approximately 4 weeks of treatment, and suffered injury to the victim F(23 years old), who is the partner of the said Spera vehicle, due to the spera vehicle, which requires approximately 2 weeks of treatment, and at the same time, escaped without taking measures such as aiding victims, even though the said spera vehicle was damaged to the extent of 3,525,784 won of repairing cost, the Defendant immediately stopped the said spera and escaped without taking measures such as aiding victims.
