B On July 4, 2019, the judgment became final and conclusive on November 20, 2019 after having been sentenced to imprisonment of one year and six months with labor for violating the Railroad Safety Act in the Netcheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court.
Defendant
B was prosecuted on December 31, 2018 and tried to reach an agreement with the Defendant A, E, by using violence to the wife C (ma, 61 years of age) of the victim C (ma, 57 years of age).
