1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 1,329,638,640 as well as 20% per annum from May 27, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim;

A. From 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to pay 60% of the price of the goods to the Plaintiff each time the Defendant is supplied with height from the Plaintiff, and the remaining 40% of the price of the goods to the Plaintiff shall be paid within 30 days from the date of customs clearance as the agreed payment date that comes thereafter.
