1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 won;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, including brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic (such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic), along with B, the Defendant received 130,000 won from male customers in the D rest area operated by the Defendant from around January 1, 2016 to around Busan-si as the price for sexual traffic, and let female workers, who were born in the place, receive 130,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from female customers, and let them do sexual intercourse at the said entertainment area from the said entertainment area to the 111th of the same month.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. The Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act, in collusion with B on January 1, 2016, employed 5 foreigners who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment, who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment, as indicated in the aforementioned paragraph 1. Around that time, employed 40,00 won per sexual traffic, as employees, under the condition that they would give 40,000 won per unit of sexual traffic, and employed 5 foreigners who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment, as described in the attached list of crimes.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;
