A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:00 on March 10, 2018, the Defendant, at the house of the victim D (Woo, 31 years of age) located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, in order to drink together with his husband's interest-friendly E-mail, and was divingd at the lower house of the above victim, and turned out from the lock to the ward for drinking water for drinking.
