Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relationship between the parties 1) The Plaintiff is a company whose purpose is construction waste interim disposal business, and E is registered as the representative director. However, the Plaintiff is a so-called one company in which F, who actually owns all 70,000 shares issued, and substantially operates the company. (2) Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is registered as the representative director as a company with the purpose of general waste interim disposal business, etc., but the Plaintiff is a so-called one company in which F, who is in office as a director, owns all 170,000 shares issued, and actually operates the company.
