Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the support of Suwon Fagwon, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 30, 2016.

From November 23, 2015 to December 9, 2015, the Defendant joined the Internet gambling “B” website, and deposited KRW 200,800,000 in the new bank account in the name of the Defendant’s mother C’s new bank D account, which was sent in writing from the operator, and deposited KRW 100-3097-5905 account in the name of the Defendant’s mother C branch of a limited liability company, and received 95% of the longer amount, and received the Defendant’s money by charging for the game money, and received KRW 10,80,000 in total seven times as shown in the annexed crime list.
