1. The Defendant’s KRW 12,522,90 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from May 17, 2016 to April 26, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a person who engages in the business of selling raw water that is supplied with raw water from C Co., Ltd. and re-supplys to the Defendant et al. retailers.

B. On May 1, 201, the Plaintiff entered into a livelihood supply contract with the Defendant and entered into a special agreement with the following content (hereinafter “instant special agreement”).

Article 1 (Purpose of Special Agreement) The purpose of this Agreement is to pursue joint development and prosperity based on mutual cooperation and trust by prescribing various matters for each type of support in relation to the volume support, unit price support, and support for cold and hot water supply provided by the plaintiff to the defendant.

Article 2 (Scope of Special Agreement)

1. Each provision shall apply to the subsidized volume support, unit price support, and cold and hot water supply equipment support, respectively;

2. This Special Agreement establishes the minimum implementation terms for items supported by the Plaintiff to the Defendant, and agrees to compensate for such items as non-compliance with the implementation terms.

Article 3 (Support for Quantity)

1. Where the Plaintiff provides quantity support and unit price support to the Defendant en bloc, the Defendant shall be subject to the following conditions:

1) If the Defendant received the 3-year subsidization and the 1-year subsidization on a temporary or three-year basis, the 3-year period of contract must be maintained. 2) If the Defendant terminates a contract in the middle of the contract, or if the 3-year subsidization significantly falls, the 3-year subsidization shall be terminated, the 3-year subsidization shall be contracted (three-year from the date of conclusion of the contract) and the
