The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning, the lower court’s determination that the facts charged in this case were guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justifiable.

In so determining, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on evidence judgment, admissibility, probative value, etc. in violation of logical and empirical rules, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Other grounds of appeal asserted by the defendant as grounds of appeal are not legitimate grounds of appeal, as they are alleged in the grounds of appeal by the defendant, or by the court below that they are not subject to adjudication ex officio.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
