Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C(the age of 55) are married in 1980 and have been divorced by around 2001 due to business failure, but have continued living together.

On May 2015, the defendant had been living separately from the victim's house after he/she was dismissed from the appearance of the victim.

On February 14, 2016, the Defendant, around 16:05, entered the Defendant’s studio in Pyeongtaek-si E building by saying that the Defendant would have a restaurant work in the middle part of the victim’s house located in Pyeongtaek-si apartment.
