The defendant is a person who drives B Poter Cargo Vehicles.

On March 27, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without a driver’s license of the said vehicle and driven a approximately 40 kilometers up to 37 KK at the Daegu Gyeongcheon-si Port Highway, Daegu Gyeongcheon-gu, Gyeongcheon-si, Seoul, in front of the Dong Sea Office in the south-gu, Dong-gu.
