A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Seized evidence subparagraph 1 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

From around September 18, 2012, the Defendant got married with the victim C and was living together with the victim D, and since May 2012, the victim C demanded divorce from the victim C to get divorced, and the Defendant was not able to get the victim from around September 18, 2012.

1. On September 18, 2012, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapons, etc.) confirmed that at around 23:30 on September 23:30, 2012, the Defendant was gathering C at the end of asking the victims and himself/herself at the home where he/she resides together with the victims and himself/herself, E 205 in Gyeonggi-do, and the victim D (24 years old) was holding a deadly weapon, which is a deadly weapon used by his/her hand, in order to reduce the course of his/her knife (9cc in length on a day, 9cc in a knife and 2cc in a knife) and flife one time in each part of the victims, respectively.

As a result, the Defendant carried a deadly weapon with a deadly weapon and inflicted injury on the victim, such as a double frighting fright, which requires treatment for about four weeks.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapons, etc.) stated in paragraph (1), and said, at the time and place of the Defendant’s injury to D, the victim C (the age of 48) stated that “I will die and die first of all, she will die and die today, she will die.”

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with a deadly weapon.

3. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.) is the date and time, place specified in Paragraph 1, and the victim D while threatening the victim C at the same time and place, “I will see our mother to live, she will be wrong and will not report to the police.”
