Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the Administrator of the Korea Forest Service, etc. according to classification of mountainous districts specified by Presidential Decree, size, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant collected earth and sand from January 11, 2008 to November 30, 2009 with permission for gathering earth and sand and converted land into dry field without permission of the Minister of the Korea Forest Service, etc., using 4,100 square meters from the 4,100 square meters from the 200 square meters from the 4,100 square meters from the 200 square meters from the 4,100 square meters from the 2000 square meters from the 2000 square meters from the land where pine trees are planted for the purpose of restoration to the original state.
