1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 25,500,000 on the Plaintiff and as a result, from November 21, 201 to August 17, 2015.

No dispute exists between the parties, or comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the statement and pleading as set forth in subparagraph 1, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 25,500,000 to Defendant B on November 21, 201, 10% per annum of interest, and as of December 31, 2012, and Defendant C guaranteed the obligation to pay the above loan to Defendant B on the same day.

Therefore, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff the above loan amount of KRW 25,500,000, and for this, from November 21, 201 to August 17, 2015, the service date of the original copy of the payment order of this case, 10% per annum, and 20% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, each of the claims against the plaintiff against the defendants of this case shall be accepted in all for the reasons, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
