A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2012, the Defendant of criminal records was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for fraud and 2 years of suspension of execution in the Seocho District Court’s territorial branch, and was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the same support on June 19, 2013 during the grace period, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 26, 2013, the sentence of suspension of execution became null and void and the execution of each of the above punishment was terminated on June 27, 2014.

Criminal facts
