Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On June 3, 2020, the defendant was sentenced to one year of suspended sentence for a violation of the Special Act on the Prevention of Insurance Fraud by the same court on June 11, 2020, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on June 11, 2020. On May 14, 2020, the Jeonju District Court sentenced one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic law (driving under influence) and became final and conclusive on July 10, 2020.
