1. Defendant B’s sole criminal conduct

Accordingly, Defendant B embezzled the property of the victim company.
B. Defendant B embezzled from the Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology with subsidies for project costs received from the Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology receives money from the Korean Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology to the account of the victim company as subsidies for the cost of manufacturing valves in relation to the “Support for R&D planning projects by small and medium enterprises in 2010.”
