1. Around June 7, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim D (the age of 48) who is the said officetel security guard against the first floor of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the ground that the victim D (the age of 48) was demanded to move to another place, among the persons divingd in the smoking room on the first floor of Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

2. The Defendant: (a) expressed that “F, a police officer affiliated with the Seoul Yongsan Police Station E box, who was dispatched after receiving D’s 112 report at the same time and at the same place as the above paragraph 1, intends to arrest himself in the act of committing an act of committing an act of crime for the said reason; (b) assaulted the police officer, by assaulting him/her on his/her chest and distribution, etc., and obstructing the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning crime prevention, suppression, and investigation.”
