A and C Imprisonment with labor for a year and two months, for each of the defendants B and E, and for each of the defendants D, for a period of ten months, and for eight months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, B, and C are friendly while attending I High Schools, and Defendant D is between the above A, C, and Dong-gu, and Defendant E became aware of the above A through E around September 2014.

The Defendants, from September 2014, 201, were bleeped with each other, and the Defendants committed the following crimes.

1. On September 15, 2014, Defendants A, B, C, and E jointly committed a crime: (a) around the L convenience store located in Daejeon Dong-gu Daejeon, Daejeon; (b) around September 22, 2014, Defendants A, B, C, and E engaged in a sexual intercourse with a man; (c) Defendant C intended to open up money to the scene; (d) Defendant C intended to use “M” under a false name; and (e) to use “M” and to engage in a sexual relationship with the subject; (d) Defendant B was responsible for threatening, Defendant A was threatened, and each of them was recruited to receive money from the subject.

At around 00:30 on September 16, 2014, the Defendants posted a notice on Defendant C’s Facebook account, stating “Aponed men who will receive female introduction.” At around 00:30, the Defendants introduced the victim N(19 years old) who had a face-to-face with Defendant C, who had a face-to-faced with Defendant C, to have an interest in and to introduce women, and induced Defendant B and A to 301 (OB) of Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon. At around 01:40 on the same day, Defendant B and A waiting in a nearby skin.

C introduced Defendant E who was waiting in advance as “M,” drinks alcohol along with the above N, and N went out of “N, hyna, hyna, and hyna, hyna, hyna.”

Accordingly, although the above N was off of Defendant E and inserted his sexual organ into the sound book of the above E, it was found that the above E was out of the Ha, as he refused to engage in a sexual intercourse.

E immediately after that, the Kakao Stockholm contacted Defendant C, and Defendant B, A, and C met the above studio.
