1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 24,00,000 per annum from March 20, 1998 to January 18, 1999; and 6% per annum from January 19, 199.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the arguments set forth in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the Credit Guarantee Fund shall file a lawsuit against the defendant, corporation B, D, E, and F, with the Seoul Central District Court 2009Kadan 26182, May 14, 199 against the plaintiff, and the joint and several 52,826,63 won of the credit, and the annual amount of 25% from the day following May 7, 1998 to August 31, 1998, and the annual amount of 9.2% from the day after the above judgment was rendered to the plaintiff for the above 10.3 billion won to December 31, 1998, and the annual amount of 18% from the day after the above judgment was rendered to the defendant 2,50% from the day after the above 9.3% judgment was rendered to the plaintiff, and the defendant shall jointly and severally receive 9% of the annual amount of 19% from the day following the 19.

2. Determination

A. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant's claim 24,00,000 won in the above judgment and the defendant's claim 24,00,000 won in the above judgment and the damages rate for delay in the above judgment shall be within the scope of the damages rate for delay in the above judgment, as requested by the plaintiff, 6% per annum from March 20, 198 to January 18, 199, and 199.
