A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. by the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Yeongdeungpo Prison on June 11, 2013.

1. On November 14, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) was a person engaging in driving of CPoter Cargo Vehicles; (b) was at the intersection in front of the Sinananando Do-In-Eup, Gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Gun, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license on November 14, 2013.
