A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year.
However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around March 201, the Defendants, at the (ju) JJ office operated by the victim I located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, proposed that the Defendant be able to develop a factory site as a factory site, indicating the official letter of request for cooperation, cadastral map, current situation plan, etc. related to the application for the collection of earth and rocks (hereinafter “coverland”) from the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs on April 30, 2010 to the victim who was using the site to move the factory of the said company to Kimhae-si, and indicating the official letter of request for cooperation, cadastral map, and ground plan, etc. on April 30, 2010, the Defendants proposed that “I will develop the forest and fields adjacent to the planning road, and develop the forest and fields within two to three years.” However, the victim continued to take the victim’s company into consideration the victim’s request for purchase, and prepared NJ’s husband as an important forest, forest, politically developing member’s husband, and prepared Quuu’s political assistance to the National Assembly members.”
