1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, and L are attached Form 1 inheritance shares (1) out of 569 square meters in Jeju-si 569 square meters prior to T.

1. Basic facts

A. The registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the network AE with respect to the land of 3,250 square meters prior to AD (hereinafter “AD land”) and 569 square meters prior to T, Jeju-si, but the registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 18, 1971 with respect to the land AD under the name of the network AE.

B. On January 19, 1924, registration of ownership preservation was completed in the name of the deceased AG with respect to the area of 694 square meters prior to the Jeju City.

C. The net AF (AF died on December 19, 2015) cultivated AD land and No. 1 and 2 land before being transferred with respect to AD land, and newly built a house of the first floor size on the boundary of AD land and No. 1 land (the location thereof falls under the part 1 of the attached Form 2; hereinafter referred to as “A building”) around the boundary of the land, and obtained approval for use on December 10, 1983, and newly built several houses, warehouses, etc. on the first and second land before and after the said time.

(The approximate location is the same as the indication of the attached Form 2; hereinafter referred to as "B building, etc."), if the relevant building is specified, D.

On November 14, 1990, the Plaintiff, a member of the net AF, made a move-in report to the seat of AD land, and around that time, the Plaintiff occupied and managed the first and second land in the building.

E. The Network AE died on June 22, 1994.

As heirs, Defendant B, RH, Defendant E, network AI, Defendant K, and L, which were their children, died on September 28, 1984, and the deceased on January 28, 2015 (the spouse was Defendant G, H, I, and J as Defendant F, children).

The share of inheritance of the above Defendants (hereinafter “the heir of the network AE”) shall be as shown in attached Form 1(1).

F. The network AG died on April 13, 1945, and thereafter, as the network AK, AL, and the network AM (her spouse) died in turn, the network AG succeeded to the network AG, AO, Defendant P, and SelectionB, who is a child.

Of them, MaN [the spouse shall be the spouse, while the lawsuit in this case is pending.
