Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2016, at around 22:50, the Defendant driven a B rocketing taxi and made it left to the apartment of elbow village located in the direction of the fire station located in the direction of the 16th Do-ro 10-ro, Macheon-si, Seocheon-si, the fire station, and there is a signal and crosswalk installed in the front section.
