Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 30,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2014, at around 21:11, the Defendant violated the signal by making a U-turn to the Yong-dong branch without having received U-turn signal from the Cheongdong-dong Cheonggu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
