Punishment of the crime

At around 00:50 on September 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) asked the victim of the “Ccafeteria” managed by the Victim D (A, 53 years of age) who drinks meals and alcoholic beverages; (b) provided the victim’s humiliation for the reason that the victim’s horse scambling was scambling; (c) collected the victim’s cambbbbb, which he scam, and thereby interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 20 minutes.
