The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. According to the records on the Defendant’s grounds of appeal, the Defendant appealed against the judgment of the first instance, and asserted only unfair sentencing as the grounds of appeal.

In such a case, the argument that the lower court erred by mistake or misunderstanding of legal principles cannot be a legitimate ground for appeal.

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the records, we affirm the judgment of the court of first instance that found the Defendant guilty on the ground that all of the facts charged in the instant case were not proven to have committed a violation of the Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder’s Name due to the completion of the registration of transfer of ownership in X name among the facts charged, and that there was no error of law such as
