1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the father of Defendant F and deceased G (the deceased on November 12, 2012, hereinafter “the deceased”), and Defendant F is the father of the deceased, who is the mother of the deceased.

B. Each of the instant real estate was owned by the Plaintiff. The registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the deceased on April 7, 201, as the receipt of No. 15325, on April 7, 2011, as to each of the instant real estate by Suwon District Court, Yangyang District Court, as to each of the said real estate.

C. After the completion of the registration of the ownership transfer under the name of the Deceased with respect to each of the instant real estate, the Suwon District Court Yangyang District Court No. 12146, Mar. 26, 2012, the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage under the name of Defendant B was completed as of Oct. 2, 2012; the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage under the name of Defendant C was completed as of Nov. 6, 2012; the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage under the name of Defendant E was completed under the name of Defendant E as of Nov. 6, 2012; the registration of the establishment of a superficies was completed under the name of Defendant B, No. 2147, Mar. 26, 2012; the registration of the establishment of a mortgage under the name of Defendant B; the registration of the establishment of the establishment of a superficies was completed under the name of Defendant B, No. 2147, Oct. 26, 2012; the registration office of the establishment of the instant real estate was completed No. 3615.
