Text
The debtor shall possess the items entered in the attached Form of the debtor and deliver them to the execution officer delegated by the creditor.
Enforcement officers shall permit the debtor to use on the condition that they do not change the current state.
The debtor shall not, in respect of the goods above, relocate his possession to another person or alter his title of possession.
An execution officer shall publicly notify the above purport in an adequate manner.
Claim for exclusion from interference based on right to claim a return on ownership of the preserved right
Reasons
The petition for provisional disposition prohibiting the transfer of possession of corporeal movables of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition after receiving a deposit (Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. No. 100-000-2013 0070 7982) as security.
